Tell us your Florida county, location, document needs and preferred time. Our team assigns a reviewed notary from our network. The notary accepts the assignment before you receive advance-payment access. BMS confirms the appointment after payment and the remaining service checks.
There is no public directory to navigate or unverified availability claim. BMS remains your service coordination contact.

- Apply with your commissioned name, current Florida commission, service counties, capabilities and availability.
- BMS reviews your credentials, required bond, insurance information and network agreement.
- Approved applicants complete Stripe payment onboarding through a private invitation.
- Review each assigned request and its price, then accept or decline in your vendor portal.
- BMS keeps 35% of the service total; your gross share is 65%, before Stripe processing fees deducted from your share.
For one ordinary notarial act with $65 travel, the $75 total allocates $26.25 to BMS and $48.75 to the notary before processing. Government fees, shipping and taxes are not part of this mobile service split.
Assignment acceptance comes before customer payment. Payouts follow your Stripe account’s verification and payout schedule; payment collection does not mean an immediate bank deposit. Applicants remain independent and must maintain current credentials. No volume or earnings are guaranteed.

For office, online, mobile, apostille and commercial subscriptions, BMS assigns an approved network notary. The notary accepts before you pay through your private portal. Requested dates remain subject to BMS confirmation. Memberships have an assigned primary notary for the included acts and defined coordination.
Across all service charges—including recurring subscriptions and apostille handling—BMS retains 35% and the assigned vendor receives 65% before Stripe processing fees. Government fees, postage and taxes are excluded. Government pass-through funds are held for submission and do not form part of either party’s service share. Included membership visits are covered by the monthly share and do not generate a second payment.
