BMS confirms customer contact, authority to request service, job scope, location and appointment details. Each accepted opportunity is offered exclusively to one selected provider at a time, rather than sold to several competing businesses.
You approve the exact BMS fee and customer-facing price before the customer is asked to pay. The planned prepaid workflow uses a payment processor to allocate the agreed coordination fee to BMS and the remaining service proceeds to your business, subject to processing fees, taxes and disclosed refund terms. No upfront vendor coordination payment. This checkout is not yet activated.
Prepaid means the customer’s agreed service or diagnostic payment has succeeded; bank payouts follow the processor’s schedule. BMS does not guarantee future job volume, completed work or a final repair value. Where the repair scope is unknown, the appointment covers the approved diagnostic visit, with additional work quoted separately.
A fresh request coordinated through BMS carries a fresh agreed fee. Rescheduling the same appointment does not create another fee. Exclusivity applies to the accepted opportunity, not an entire territory or every future customer relationship.
The independent provider contracts for, performs and warrants its service. Participation requires credential review and signed program terms. No opportunity is labeled paid until the processor verifies successful payment. This coordination program excludes legal, medical, financial, insurance, mortgage, title and real estate referrals.
